Data and purposes
Accounts use your name, email, protected password derivative and verification records. Listings contain submitted details, photos, videos and public contacts you choose. Conversations are available to their participants; a moderator reviews reports. Core functions are processed to provide the service; security relies on legitimate interests. Optional email notifications and analytics require consent.
Cookies and device storage
tuvak_session: HttpOnly sign-in cookie, up to 30 days; Secure in production.tavo_consent: HttpOnly cookie choice identifier, up to 180 days.- Local storage: selected language, favorites and listing draft for functions you choose, not advertising.
- With analytics consent, listing view and contact click events are kept for up to 30 days. A daily identifier derives from the consent identifier; this statistics database does not store your IP address.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not connected. Analytics is off until consent. Change your choice in the footer at any time.
Providers and external links
We use Resend for email delivery, sharing the recipient address and message contents and receiving delivery and rejection statuses. Email open and click tracking is not enabled. Newsletters and reminders are off by default; you can opt in through your profile and withdraw consent. Optional new-offer alerts, news and reminders share a limit of one email per 24 hours. This limit does not apply to account verification, the welcome email, requested security codes, listing status, order, payment, contract and invoice documents, or necessary legal correspondence; these service messages are prepared following the relevant event. Account email preferences and the ability to unsubscribe from optional notifications remain available. Payments are not active. A Swedbank connection using EveryPay is being prepared; before payment we will identify the actually connected payment partner, its privacy information and available payment methods. SEVO provides the partner with an order identifier, amount, currency and references needed to complete payment; card or online-banking access details are entered only in the relevant payment service. Photo-entitlement records contain account, order and specific listing or draft identifiers, price, payment status, terms version and confirmation or refund time. The entitlement is not a public personal profile; SEVO does not store full payment-card details. Once automatic safety checks are activated, listing text and images are sent to OpenAI for moderation; unchecked content awaits a moderator. SEVO AI search runs within SEVO; search queries are not sent to an external AI provider. The text helper runs at your request: when connected, only the listing description submitted for editing is sent to OpenAI. Search and the text helper do not send photos or other form fields. Avoid unnecessary private data in text submitted for editing. Usage and cost accounting applies only to external text helper requests: identifier hashes, request counts and costs are retained for 90 days to limit abuse and spending; search query and description contents are not stored in that accounting. The seller reviews suggested text before applying it. External WhatsApp, social media and website links are governed by those services. The website and database are hosted on an OVHcloud server in London, United Kingdom. This transfer relies on the European Commission adequacy decision for the United Kingdom. Resend email delivery involves processing in the United States; its data processing addendum provides European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. OpenAI’s data processing addendum provides applicable safeguards for transfers outside the EEA by its connected functions. OVHcloud’s data protection terms provide subprocessor and applicable international-transfer conditions. Information and safeguards: Resend Data Processing Addendum, OpenAI Data Processing Addendum and OVHcloud data protection terms. Request a copy of applicable safeguards or further information at info@sevo.lv.
Retention and your rights
Account and listing data is retained while needed for the service or legal accounting duties. Technical notification records are removed after 30 days; unsent notifications expire after 72 hours. Contact the operator to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Complaints can be made to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate: dvi.gov.lv.
Video, XP and account recovery
The server converts videos and creates previews. Video listings await moderator approval. Unattached uploads are cleaned up after 48 hours. XP records include point transactions and text and image checksums to prevent repeated rewards. Password recovery stores a protected code hash for up to 15 minutes and an attempt counter. Changing your password ends existing sessions.
Backups may contain account, listing, conversation and uploaded-media data. Automatic server backups are scheduled every 24 hours. Automatic rotation on the server retains the three most recent completed automatic snapshots; older completed snapshots are deleted after the next successful backup is created. This is a backup-count criterion: if the next backup is delayed, earlier copies may remain for longer. Restore-test and incomplete copies, deployment recovery archives and off-server copies are outside this automatic server rotation; an authorised administrator reviews their necessity for recovery or investigation of a specific failure.
Device push notifications
You enable notifications in account settings and grant permission on your device. Choose messages and price offers, your listing status, or appointments. This system sends no advertising notifications. We store the technical subscription address and encryption keys, account and active-session link, preferences and connection times. Depending on your browser, Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft delivers the encrypted notification using technical delivery data. Conversation text is not displayed on the lock screen. Disconnect devices or withdraw permission at any time; signing out or revoking a session deletes its server subscription. Inactive subscriptions are removed after 90 days; delivery records are retained for at most 30 days. Permission can also be changed in Android or browser settings.
Public trader details and data requests
Commercial listings publish the business details and contact email entered separately. The account sign-in email is not made public automatically. Do not enter personal IDs or identity-document images. Submit a data-rights request through support without an account or to the operator’s privacy email. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and notify you of any lawful extension and its reasons. Identity checks request only proportionately necessary information.
Website visit statistics
With analytics consent we count public page openings and button or link clicks. We store daily totals, public page paths without search parameters, and action types. For page views we also aggregate approximate country and city and device type — computer, phone or tablet. Country and city are estimated from the request IP address using a DB-IP database held on the SEVO server; device type is estimated from technical browser information. This analytics does not retain IP addresses or full browser identification strings, or send them to an external service for location lookup. We do not request GPS. City and device type may be inaccurate, for example because of VPNs or mobile networks; unknown information is marked separately. This analytics does not store email addresses, search text or form contents. To avoid counting a retried event twice, we retain a cryptographic hash of the event and consent identifiers for up to 30 days. You can change consent through cookie choices; new events are not recorded after opting out. Daily totals contain no direct personal identifiers and are not a count of unique people. Google or Meta tracking is not used for these statistics.
Visit source and registration
With renewed analytics consent, we identify the source from UTM parameters and social network or search engine domains. We do not retain full external URLs, fbclid, Google click identifiers or search text. Sources, campaigns, ad variants, timestamps and protected consent and session identifiers are retained for up to 30 days. When a new account is created, its last known external source within 30 days is linked to the account for up to 180 days. Authorised administrators can see the account name, email, registration time and source. Data is not sent to Meta or Google. Link information does not verify a person’s social media identity. Without consent no account linkage is made. Withdrawing consent in this browser removes that consent’s visit links and registration source. Daily totals without account identifiers are stored separately. Earlier registration sources are not invented.
Voluntary SEVO AI search feedback
Only when you choose to submit feedback do we send your answer about whether SEVO understood the search, plus an optional correction. We use these to improve search. Full search text and filter values are not stored in the feedback database: the query and account identifier or request IP address are transformed using a secret key to recognise repeat feedback and limit abuse. We store these protected derivatives, category, filter names, language, result count, answer and timestamps. Recognised email addresses, phone numbers, personal IDs, bank account numbers and links are automatically redacted from optional corrections; automatic detection cannot remove every kind of personal information, so please do not include any. Authorised administrators can read feedback and corrections, which are retained for up to 180 days. This voluntary submission is separate from website traffic analytics and does not change search filters.
Private listing drafts
Your signed-in account can store up to 50 active drafts and continue them on another device. We save entered listing content and contact fields, plus photos and videos uploaded for the draft; only the corresponding account can access drafts and their media. Version checks protect against silently overwriting edits made on another device. After 90 days without changes, drafts move to recoverable deleted drafts. Drafts deleted by you or moved automatically can be restored for 30 days; afterwards the draft and media used only by it and nowhere else are cleaned up. After successful publication the draft is no longer active; the public listing follows the ordinary listing retention rules. Payments and additional-photo entitlements are accounted for separately.
Invoice recipient details and payment records
Before paying for a SEVO service, provide the recipient type and name and, for a business or self-employed recipient, registration number, address, country and VAT number where applicable. We also use the account email, order content, price, payment-provider confirmation and the time of agreement to PDF invoices. Processing is necessary for the contract and mandatory accounting; these details do not become public listing information. Saving details for future purchases is a separate choice; changes do not overwrite issued documents. Invoices and credit notes are available to the relevant account and authorised administrators. Accounting data may be shared with an accountant, payment provider or competent authority to the extent permitted by law. Invoices are retained for at least five years and as long as transaction traceability requires; accounting registers are subject to at least ten years. Closing an account does not remove this duty. The legally required document archive must be in Latvia or another EU member state; payments and new invoice issuance remain inactive until the archive is confirmed ready. A PDF invoice is not a VID tax filing or a structured XML e-invoice.
Confirmation of a paid-service contract
To evidence the concluded contract and meet consumer-information duties, we privately retain the order, its price and recipient, the applicable terms version, the customer’s selected consent acknowledgements, a verified-payment reference and the contract-confirmation sending status. A contract confirmation is not an invoice. We send it to the account email through our email-service provider; it does not become public listing content. This record does not contain the full payment-card number, card security code or online-banking credentials. Contract and consent evidence is retained for service performance and then for the period necessary to resolve relevant claims or disputes, taking the applicable limitation period into account. Documents needed for accounting and transaction traceability follow the accounting-document periods described above. Technical sending data is kept only while needed to resolve delivery errors and evidence sending. We review the need for retention; closing an account does not remove a specific legal duty or the need to preserve evidence in an unresolved dispute.
Sign in with Google
If Google sign-in is available and you choose it, SEVO requests only the openid email profile scopes. Google provides your account name, email address, email verification information and stable Google account identifier (sub). For a new SEVO account, we store your chosen name, email and verification status; we link the Google identifier to your SEVO account and record when it was connected. Your account name may appear on your public SEVO profile and listings. The Google identifier is not public; we do not load or store your Google profile picture.
We use this information for your chosen sign-in method, account creation and linking, and account security. Providing the service relies on contractual necessity; security relies on legitimate interests. Google sign-in does not constitute consent to advertising or analytics. We do not sell Google account information or use it to build advertising audiences. SEVO does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or Google Calendar. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens; the identity token is checked on the server and is not retained.
An email match alone does not grant access to an existing SEVO account: linking also requires verified access to that SEVO account. Google accounts using another email provider may require an additional SEVO email code. Subsequent sign-in uses the stable Google identifier rather than email alone.
Essential HttpOnly cookies sevo_google_flow and sevo_google_pending protect sign-in, each for up to 10 minutes. Temporary server records contain security check values, the return address, language and, where needed, an account identifier or Google name and email. They cannot be used after expiry. Automatic cleanup removes expired records, normally every six hours, as well as when the server starts and a new Google sign-in begins. Successful sign-in uses the ordinary SEVO session cookie.
We retain the Google identity link while your SEVO account exists or until removal following a verified request. To request a data copy, correction, removal of the Google link or deletion of your SEVO account and data, contact the controller identified in this policy or use the SEVO contact form; we check your authority over the account before acting. Revoking the connection in Google settings does not itself delete your SEVO account, listings or previously stored data. This policy’s general retention, statutory recordkeeping and backup provisions apply.
Choosing Google sign-in redirects your browser to Google. Google receives technical sign-in request information, including your IP address; the SEVO server communicates with Google to verify your identity. This flow does not send listing or chat content to Google. The Google Privacy Policy applies within Google’s service.
Places and leisure
The directory stores public venue names, addresses, coordinates and business contacts with source and licence information. Representative content and photos are separate from open source records. Saved places are private to the account. Management claims and evidence are visible to authorised administrators and are not published. Reservation requests store participants, venue, dates, time, guest count, notes and status; only the requester and venue manager can access them. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data.
Selecting “Near me” requests the device location after your action and with browser permission. Before sending coordinates to the SEVO API, we round them to four decimal places (approximately 11-metre latitude increments; this is not a guarantee of location accuracy). Coordinates are used temporarily to calculate distances and find nearby venues; they are not added as your account or profile location or saved in the database for this search. In the browser they remain only in the open page’s memory, without being added to the address bar or persistent device storage. You can turn off nearby filtering, decline permission and use the town and other filters instead.
The browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address and technical map-request data. “Google reviews” links open Google Maps with a search for the venue; Google receives that external request’s data under its privacy policy. Importing Google star ratings and review data is not currently connected. Contact SEVO support to request corrections or deletion. Source profile currency depends on its identified data source.
Specialist profiles, matching jobs and reviews
The specialist’s chosen description, experience, availability, service cities and photos from linked active service listings form a public profile. Matching jobs use those skills and territories, with notices shown in the SEVO account. Exact addresses and GPS are not used. We store job participants, the selected offer, price basis, stated availability, progress stages, the customer’s completion confirmation time and the specialist’s completion notice. The customer can close the job without the specialist’s confirmation; each participant may then submit one review immediately with 1–5 stars and text. The name, job title, rating and date become public after content review and both reviews being submitted, or 14 days after customer-confirmed completion; the other party’s silence does not stop publication. Private conversations remain private. Do not include exact addresses, telephone numbers or sensitive data in reviews. Contact SEVO support about incorrect or prohibited content.
Access to the 18+ product category
At your request, your birth date is sent to the SEVO server to check that the date is valid and meets the age-18 threshold. It is not added to your profile or stored in the database or logs. An essential HttpOnly cookie, sevo_adult_access, maintains the access result for up to 12 hours; it uses Secure on the public website. The cookie does not contain your birth date. This is a self-declaration, not verification of identity or actual age.
Property maps
The map loads only after you press “Show on map”. To find the location, the SEVO server sends the property address and neighbourhood from the listing to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim address lookup service; results are cached to reduce repeated requests. Account details, phone numbers, email addresses and the seller’s contact address are not sent. The browser obtains map images from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive the IP address and technical map-request details. We do not request the device’s GPS location. The OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy applies to these map services. An incomplete or uncertain address is labelled approximate, or an external map link is offered.
Viewing and appointment requests
When a seller enables appointments, we store the listing and participant identifiers, selected time, status, meeting location, instructions and optional note. The buyer and the relevant seller can access the request. Available times and the meeting location provided by the seller are public. Account email addresses are used for necessary status notifications and, when delivery is configured, appointment reminders. An appointment is confirmed only after the seller accepts. Do not include sensitive data in your note. A booking is not a payment or a purchase contract.
Notices and terms acceptance
Terms acceptance records contain the user ID, version, language and time. Support requests contain the submitted name, email, reference, text, good-faith declaration, receipt time and replies. Access is restricted to authorised administrators; reporter contacts are not public. The private request link provides access to its content: keep it confidential. Closed requests are intended to be kept for 12 months; extensions for legal disputes or duties must be documented. Save the receipt after submitting your request.
