Couldn’t find it? Create a buyer request

A buyer request lets you describe what you need when you have not found a suitable listing. Sellers can send specific offers, and you can discuss them privately.

Explain your key requirements

Choose “Couldn’t find it?” on the homepage and create a request in your account. Specify the category, item, town and maximum budget. Include requirements that matter to your choice, such as the model, size or condition.

Keep public details to what is necessary

Use a town or municipality for the location. Do not publish a phone number, email address or exact address in the request description. Discuss necessary details privately with a specific seller.

Compare the offers you receive

A seller can respond using their own active SEVO listing that matches the request. Compare the item, proposed price, location and explanation. Choosing an offer does not process payment or automatically reserve the item.

Close the request when your search is over

Continue with the chosen seller and check the item before the transaction. Close the request once you no longer need offers. This helps sellers focus on buyers who are still looking.
